Harston Cohn has owned and operated over 2,000 hotel and multifamily units ranging from and including extended stay hotels, independent and branded full-service hotels, restaurants and multifamily residential.
Harston Cohn Management also provides services and consultation to other organizations and private companies.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Dianna Chane is widely known and recognized for her extensive experience in all phases of high-level real estate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, asset management, risk mitigation, and other strategic business practices.
Dianna founded Harston Cohn as a property management and holding company through which she owned and operated over 2,000 hotel and multifamily units.
Harston Cohn also provides services and consultation to other organizations and private companies. Dianna partners with clients on the full spectrum of business development strategy and coordinates strategic partnerships working closely with the largest real estate and finance firms in the country.
Dianna is a member of the Forbes Business Council and contributing writer on forbes.com focusing on her professional experience.
Dianna has a life-long passion to serve as a solution provider for the affordable housing challenge and foster social responsibility within business practices.
As a licensed real estate broker with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Dylan has closed tens of millions in transactions and overseen management of more than 2,000 hotel and multifamily units.
Dylan drives Harston Cohn’s acquisitions and operations, securing high-performing assets while optimizing day-to-day management for profitable, sustained performance.
In addition to his role at Harston Cohn, Dylan is the Founder and CEO of ListOnline.com, a real estate referral network that connects buyers, sellers, and investors with trusted real estate professionals.
Dylan also serves on the boards of Project Overdose, a nonprofit organization addressing the overdose epidemic, and BreakingThru, a national initiative solving the youth mental health crisis.
Dylan’s expertise in market analysis, deal structuring, negotiations, and operations continues to drive Harston Cohn’s growth and success.
