Harston Cohn has owned and operated over $40 million in real estate and 2,000+ hotel and multifamily units ranging from and including extended stay hotels, independent and branded full-service hotels, restaurants and multifamily residential.
Harston Cohn Management also provides services and consultation to other organizations and private companies.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Dianna is widely known and recognized for her extensive experience in all phases of high-level real estate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, asset management, risk mitigation, and other strategic business practices.
Dianna founded Harston Cohn Management Inc. as a property management and holding company through which she owned and operated $40+ million in real estate and 2,000+ hotel and multifamily units.
Harston Cohn Management also provides services and consultation to other organizations and private companies. Dianna partners with clients on the full spectrum of business development strategy and coordinates strategic partnerships working closely with the largest real estate and finance firms in the country.
Dianna is a member of the Forbes Business Council and contributing writer on forbes.com focusing on her professional experience.
Dianna has a life-long passion to serve as a solution provider for the affordable housing challenge and foster social responsibility within business practices.
Harrison is Head of Development for Harston Cohn. Having grown-up immersed in the family’s hotel & restaurant business, Harrison has already achieved a level of experience in the hospitality industry. While working full-time in the hospitality and multi-family space, Harrison attends University of Central Florida and will achieve a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management this year.
Harrison is the Founder of Moterra, an extended-stay hotel brand which provides short-term lodging while creating community amongst Gen-Z, millennial, and the today’s younger workforce.
At Moterra, Harrison has created more than a hip extended-stay brand. His vision at Moterra is a vehicle for social entrepreneurship; inspired by those who help others. Harrison volunteers his time with various organizations focused on affordable housing solutions.
